Roch – Xarcuters Formatgers

Roch Formatgeria Xarcuteria was a special challenge given the complexity of the stalls in the Mercat de Sant Antoni. All of them were dependent on the existing structure, which left quite narrow spaces for the market stalls. In order to gain mobility behind the display case, the work areas were slightly reduced. In the case of this project, the client needed an extra metre of cold products on display. Our proposal was to adapt our SS95 forced-air showcase behind the main display case, transforming it into a staircase and making a cascade of product and cold that flows down from the back wall to the front. In this way, the product is exposed to the customer, retains the cold, and is accessible to the workers.

As for the design, it is elegant, in warm grey colours, playing with the textures of paint, glossy irregular ceramic, and some white finishing touches. At the front, the decoration is finished off with white mouldings to give it a more classic finish. And a corporate image was created with an edited and legible font, which gives it an elegant and different touch that identifies them.
